Three weeks left — you got this!
There are three weeks remaining in the Modzy AI Hackathon. Submissions are due December 01 at 5:00pm EST.
As you continue to build and test your app, don’t forget there are a world of resources out there to help you. If you are stuck, don’t be afraid to use what’s there to help you over the hurdle.
Here are a few places you can look:
- Discord: There have been ideas and questions being posted throughout the hackathon. Your fellow participants are there to help and others may be having the same issues with their project, so don’t be shy!
- Resources Tab: There are plenty of resources at your disposal. Visit the Modzy GitHub or docs for guidance.
- Discussion Forum: Find answers to some commonly asked questions that may assist you with your project. Have technical or rules questions? Feel free to post them and a team member will get back to you as soon as they can.
We know that going from ideation to creation is not an easy task, so our sponsors at Modzy has a little message for you:
Thanks again for signing up to participate in our Hackathon! In case you’ve missed it, definitely recommend checking out all of the great integrations shortcuts, especially those for data sources, DevOps tools, and business apps, as well as a sample Jupyter Notebook. (Don’t forget to check out some other apps for inspiration, too!)
Here is some food for thought from Modzy Head of Data Science and Hackathon Judge, Clayton Davis:
“This Hackathon is about integrating AI. We’re looking for entries that use AI to enhance people's everyday lives. Since Modzy is API-driven your options for providing that enhancement are endless. Browser plug ins, Excel add ins, IoT clients, and mobile devices are all examples of the kind of integration targets that could impact large swaths of users, but there are undoubtedly less obvious targets that could benefit from AI as well. Innovation usually lies at the intersection of technology and unmet need, so my advice is to think just as much about the uniqueness of your integration target as you do about the utility of your app.”
Questions?
If you have any questions about the hackathon, please post on the discussion forum.
